I’m a revenue-focused Chief Operating Officer and senior executive who helps organizations scale with more discipline, stronger systems, and clearer accountability.

Throughout my career, I’ve stepped into businesses at important inflection points, founder-led growth, private equity integration, market expansion, operational realignment, and enterprise transformation. My work has centered on one consistent theme: helping companies move from complexity to clarity, and from reactive execution to scalable performance.

I have led full P&L, sales, operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, contracts, compliance, production, and marketing functions across construction, aerospace manufacturing, franchise operations, and global media services. That range has given me a practical, hands-on leadership style and the ability to connect strategy with execution across the entire business.

I’m at my best when partnering with founders, investors, and executive teams to build the operating rhythm a company needs to grow. That includes strengthening financial discipline, improving sales pipelines, building KPI dashboards, professionalizing policies and procedures, aligning leadership teams, and creating the systems needed for long-term profitability and scale.

The common thread across each role has been growth, structure, and execution. I enjoy building businesses, developing leaders, creating accountability, and helping organizations become stronger than they were when I arrived.
